Print Method Printed via a high quality silk screening method. Choose high quality Regal Silk Screen method or more cost effective Off-Set method Printed via a high quality silk screening method.

Number of Balloon Sides One or 2 side printing. One or two side printing (only 1 ink color on 2 side printing). One or 2 side printing.

Ink Color Up to 4 colors. Blue, black, white, red and green are standard. Pantone matched colors available. One or two ink colors (only 1 side printing with 2 ink colors). Up to 4 colors. Blue, black, white, red and green are standard. Pantone matched colors available.

Balloon Color Available in a wide variety of colors. We are unable to print on gold, silver or pearl latex balloons. Available in a wide variety of colors. Available in a wide variety of colors.

Minimum Order Quantities Minimum order is 250 balloons for single side printing, 1000 balloons for two side printing, and 2500 balloons for two side and two or more color printing. Minimum order quantity depends on printing type. Offset printing = 500 balloons; Regal printing = 1000 balloons. Minimum quantity of Designer Quality foil balloons is 50.

General balloon information for all custom balloon options:

Logo:   For best quality printing, the logo must be available electronically in vector file format or available in hard copy as professional camera ready art. If you do not have the logo in this format, we may be able to create it, however, extra logo creation charges will apply. Pre-created electronic artwork can be e-mailed to us once a formal quote has been provided and accepted by you.
Layout:   Your artwork will display largest on a balloon if the logo is provided in the largest size availble for the balloon size requested. Artwork should be laid out in a rectangular or stop sign shaped block to maximize balloon coverage. Artwork that is too small may show imperfections when enlarged.
Turn around time:   Pre-production printing artwork creation or cleanup takes approximately 3 business days. Custom printing order fulfilment takes approximately 7 - 10 business days. Shipping days are relative to the requested UPS shipping method.
Sample balloon:   A pre-production sample balloon is available upon request for a non-refundable fee.
We also offer plain and pre-printed balloons in several sizes/colors. In addition, we offer foil balloons and special markers which allow you to create your own custom message. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
