By using BalloonSuppliers.com, you indicate your agreement with our standard business practices as set forth in Privacy and Policies. We may, from time to time, make updates which will be posted on our web site so that you are always aware of our standard business practices.
Out of Stock Items and Back Order
On occasion, a product or service as advertised on the site will not be available, may be delayed, or will be backordered due to higher than expected orders of the product or service. In this unlikely event, BalloonSuppliers.com will contact the customer, provided adequate contact information was provided when ordered, to discuss the available options and alternatives.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 9.3% will be applied to sales to Arizona residents.
Shipping Method
UPS is the preferred shipper used by BalloonSuppliers.com. Standard shipping rates and times apply. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to process orders in addition to shipping time.
UPS tracking of your shipment will be available online at www.ups.com within 8 hours of our shipment confirmation e-mail. Please monitor your shipment progress closely. If you have not received your package by end of day on the expected delivery date, you must notify UPS and BalloonSuppliers.com within 24 hours to initiate a shipping trace and to be eligible for order reshipment.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, our product does not meet your quality expectations, please contact us to receive a return authorization number and instructions to ensure safe return transport. See refund guidelines below for more information.
Refunds
Returns or exhanges are accepted if received by BalloonSuppliers.com within 30 days of the shipping receipt date. Customer must request a return authorization number and instructions for safe transport via our Contact Us form prior to returning any item. Returned items must be unopened and unused. Refunds or exchanges require return of all product and packaging related to the items to be refunded or exchanged. Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. Customized or special order products cannot be refunded. Items must be returned with shipment tracking via UPS, Federal Express, or US Certified Mail. Items which cannot be tracked for receipt by BalloonSuppliers.com will not be refunded. A fifteen percent restocking fee will be assessed to the customer for all returned items. Refund confirmation will be e-mailed to the customer upon receipt of unopened, unused, and good condition returned items.
